About Stephanie Krienke

I was lucky enough to fall in love with the profession of Human Resources early in my career, and I’ve spent the last 25 years mastering the art of people operations. Over that time, I’ve supported organizations of all sizes — and for more than 18 of those years, I’ve had the privilege of serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth families and their family offices.

Working in private service is a unique honor. I genuinely enjoy supporting principals, household teams, and family office staff, and I understand the complexities, sensitivities, and operational nuances that come with these environments. From navigating multi‑state compliance to building trust‑based relationships to supporting staff through the emotional and logistical realities of private service, this niche has become one of the most meaningful parts of my career.

My heart is in being a support system to all levels of an organization — helping people understand themselves, communicate effectively, and lean into their strengths. Insights Discovery and The 6 Types of Working Genius are two of my favorite tools for unlocking self‑awareness and team alignment. I’m also Dare to Lead trained and will soon be qualified to teach Mental Health First Aid. I’ve spent my career absorbing wisdom from books, podcasts, articles, and emerging trends, and I love pointing others to content that shifts perspective and sparks growth.

My consulting business grew from a love of people, a passion for teaching Insights Discovery, facilitating Working Genius, and supporting small businesses and family offices with HR services on an as‑needed basis. In service to others, I’m also the co‑founder of Be the Light Mental Health, where our mission is to support and educate those living with mental un‑wellness. Through this work, I’ve had the opportunity to teach mental wellness classes to both adults and teenagers.
