About Stephanie Krienke

I was lucky enough to fall in love with the profession of Human Resources very early in my career and have spent 25 years mastering the art people operations. My heart is being a support system to all levels in an organization and coaching people to be their authentic selves with self-awareness education and leaning into their strengths.  

Helping others communicate effectively and find joy at work sets my heart on fire! Insights Discovery and The 6 Types of Working Genius are powerful tools with significant impact for individuals, teams and organizations.  I’m also Dare to Lead Trained and will soon be qualified to teach Mental Health First Aid.  I have spent my career absorbing wisdom from books, podcasts, articles and trends and love pointing others to content that changes their perspective.  

My consultant business started with a love of people, teaching Insights Discovery, facilitating The 6 Types of Working Genius and serving small businesses by providing Human Resources services on an as needed basis. Whether you need a full HR Department from scratch, an extra set of hands or want to improve the communication and efficiencies in your organization, I'm here to help. 

In service to others, I’m the co-founder of Be the Light Mental Health Ministry.  Our mission is to support and educate those living with mental un-wellness.  With this mission I’ve had the opportunity to teach a variety of classes on Mental Wellness to adults and teenagers.
